XMS Cloud is a hosted deployment option for the Xirrus Management System (XMS). Cloud-based solutions provide customers a simpler and faster ways to deploy and manage their Xirrus wireless and wired networks. XMS Cloud is available in addition to on-premise management options from Xirrus.
Cloud-based implementation provides a number of benefits for managing a wireless network. Deployment times are significantly reduced with zero-touch equipment activation. Installation, updates, and ongoing maintenance efforts are eliminated since the system is hosted online. Up front capital expenditures are reduced by shifting a portion of costs to operating expenses.
Xirrus Arrays, APs and switches come out of the box supporting automated online activation using Xirrus Mobilize, a cloud-based provisioning service. Once activated, they connect automatically to the XMS system purchased, whether cloud-based or on-premise.

System Maintenance
All XMS system operation and maintenance performed centrally by Xirrus, including software upgrades/updates, backups, and system expansion.

Station Assurance
