The Xirrus Wi-Fi Array Proved Impenetrable to Hackers at the International Chaos Computer Club

The Chaos Computer Club (CCC), established in 1981 in Berlin, Germany, is considered one of the largest and most influential hacker organizations in the world with over 2,000 members. Each year they hold their annual Chaos Computer Congress where thousands of members meet, the convention for 2007 was held at the Berlin Congress Center in Berlin. Their objective is "Freedom of Information" and chose to use wireless technology from Xirrus. In previous years, the CCC has been able to easily hack into the competitor's Wi-Fi systems, but was unable to break the security features set in Xirrus' Wi-Fi Arrays.
