New Xirrus Wireless APs ship with a Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty, new Wireless Arrays with a 5-year Hardware Warranty, and ArrayOS software with a 90-day Software Warranty. All other products ship with 1-year Hardware and 90-day Software Warranties as applicable. Warranty entitles customers to e-mail/phone support, software bug fixes, and return/repair of defective hardware.

Beyond Product Warranty, the Xirrus Support Program provides additional services, including priority response support, software upgrades, and next business day advanced hardware replacement.
